Summary
The standard to which we perform work and our responsibilities to our clients is very important to us; we follow a very simple work schedule that begins with consulting with the client so that we may fully understand their needs. After initials concept meetings, most projects begin with a storyboard that defines the project, the number of pages or slides, text, art graphics, stock or contract photography, production needs and the cost. The storyboard is the projects master roadmap and once the client approves the concept direction and contents, actual creative work can begin.

From the storyboard we provide the client with two drafts of the work in progress, the first draft allows the client to visualize the project and provide direction. The second draft is a final preproduction proof before committing the work to a printer or other production services and full agreement and a sign off by the client is required at this time. We go to extra ordinary lengths to ensure that our clients get what they want; however, any changes made by the client past this point are usually expensive to implement and require additional cost change orders.

Post production services include delivery of the finished project to the client’s choice of destination and the archiving of the intellectual property for future use or retrieval. A copy of the creative artwork will be stored electronically on a CD ROM and mailed to the client for safekeeping.

Under the agreed terms, an invoice for the completed work and payment should be made within the stated terms to the office of origin.
